The approach is quiet simple. Eat Healthy in a way that works for you, without restriction, food rules or micromanaging what you eat. The part that makes this EAT HEALTHY approach sustainable is that it's about feeling your best.

Everyone's who has tried dieting can relate to the stress and guilt that comes with "going off-piste", but the beauty of "Eat Healthy" on the other hand is that there is no wagon to fall! When talking about nutrition in a way that's flexible and integrates the food we enjoy, we actually develop a connection of food with health in a way that enriches our life.
So, here comes the big question, are you dropping that cheese ham burger in the name of diet??????????????
Ah, ah, you don't have to do that my friend. Instead of avoiding and curbing your craving, why don't you add it as a cheat meal alongside the clean and eat healthy diet full of nutrients like vitamins, minerals, fibers, proteins and fats and tune into your "EAT WEEL, FEEL WELL" approach by burning that extra calorie in the form of workouts!!

Eat Well and Healthy is all about respecting your body and eating to FEEL GOOD. It is associated with greater self-esteem and overall well being. All you need to do is just focus on eating nutritional food which not only keeps you healthy but also boost your morale. Eat according to your hunger cues and try to swap your fancy cravings with a smarter healthy nutritional diet. And by that I don't mean that when your cravings are screaming "Pizzaaaaaaa!" all the time, you have to curb it. Rather, give yourself some grace and have it once in a week or else be smarter by having a homemade pizza full of veggies and homemade seasonings and toppings! In that way, you are not just eating well but also feeling well!
Our body does myriad of great things the whole day, many of which we don't have to think about. So, why not feel amazing about it and fuel it up with the healthy foods as well as reward it time to time with the cravings it screams for in a smarter way!!!!!!
Cultivate some appreciation for your body to make it feel well and remind yourself that it deserves the nourishment. Observe how much better you feel and how much more energy you have, when you are properly fed and your nutritional need are fulfilled and at the same time respecting your preferences and cravings.
After all we are HUMANS and not ROBOTS!!!!!!!
Eating well is about learning what feels best for you and your body. So, instead of being harsh on yourself and having those tangible goals like eating "Y" calories per day, why don't you stop eating bad carbs/sugar/processed foods??? Instead of following those arbitrary rules in the name of "DIET", why don't you caste those rules aside and figure out what works best for you and make you "FEEL WELL"! The goal should be to have a free relationship with food and your body. Then and only then, you will start noticing benefits like, more positive body image and better and more stable mood. And the best way to do so is by "EATING WELL" which nourishes and energizes your body making it "FEEL WELL".
